Powersmt is a computational simulation and liquidity expansion protocol. Participation fees constitute a software activation license. This protocol does not facilitate, offer, or guarantee financial investments or returns.
Software Licensing & Activation
Activation of a "Node Tier" constitutes a one-time, non-refundable software service fee. This fee covers the operational overhead, server allocation, and cryptographic maintenance of your node presence within the Powersmt ecosystem. Interaction with the protocol is provided on an "as-available" basis.
Reward Allocation & Supply Constraints
The protocol utilizes a Global Supply Pool for reward distribution. Allocation of rewards is contingent upon the successful validation of peer nodes.
- Validation rewards are simulated benchmarks of network contribution.
- Protocol access does not constitute a debt or equity holding.
- Exhaustion of the Global Pool terminates all pending reward cycles.
Security & Protocol Misuse
Any attempt to subvert the protocol's algorithmic integrity results in immediate permanent blacklisting.
Settlement Synchronization
Settlement requests are processed via third-party gateway providers. Synchronization timing is subject to network congestion, gateway uptime, and system maintenance windows. The protocol owner reserves the right to adjust settlement frequencies to maintain system equilibrium.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL NODE ACTIVATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
